Hi friends I am Roshan doing my BA first year here in Hyderabad. Ours is a nuclear family with mom and dad and I don't have siblings. So, now you can understand how much pampering I used to get from my parents. Right from my childhood I always been an Introvert and I really have few friends. My friends circle is small due to many factors and some of them may be due to my interest towards studies and not having much interest over sports etc..
I am very practical and goal oriented. It's always my dream to become an IAS officer. I study so hard to make my dream come true..sorry a small correction my dad's dream come true. My father Mr. Ramana is a public servant who failed in the civil services exam very narrowly and finally settled as a government officer which he always feels is not upto his level of caliber. His failure in his goal and day to day frustration serving corrupted bosses made me to be strong enough to work hard towards my goal. So, I always been an off stream when it comes to choice of my selection of courses. In intermediate when all my friends were doing MPC and BIPC I opted HEC which will help my IAS preparation. Even in my graduation when my fellow school mates in their college opted for Engineering and medicine I opted for BA..Yes BA sounds ridiculous for most of them but in order to make my dream come true I have to make some hard choices.
My mother Meena home maker. She completely devoted her time for my studies. Right from my child hood she had taken utmost care for me and for my studies. She always helps me to stay on my track to pursue my dream. So, this is about my sweet family and my first year exams are coming in week's time. I am working hard to get good score.
Today I completed my final exam for my first year of college and we have planned for first show movie and my father promised that he will bring movie tickets in the evening. Mom and myself are waiting for father to come home early and we are running out of time for our first show movie. But we waiting till 9 pm for father to come home but he didn't showed up. My mom asked me to finish my dinner and go to bed as I might have tired due to the exam preparation. I did what my mom said. I fell asleep.
Suddenly some big shout of my dad woke me up. I slowly went to my bedroom door and peeped through the gap between the doors. I found my dad very frustrated and shouting at my mom and was very angry. Silently I went back to my bed and acted as I fall asleep. I slept very late thinking what might had happened to my dad in office.
Next day morning I woke up late as I slept the previous night very late thinking about my dad. In the hall my father is sitting in recliner and reading news paper and when I checked the time it is 11 O'clock and still father at home. After seeing me dad smiled at me and asked about how I have given my exams and all. He told me that he took a day off and we are going to movie in the evening.
It was really wonderful time spending with Mom and Dad and thoroughly enjoyed the movie and then dinner at a nearby restaurant.
I am enjoying every moment in life with parents and working hard towards my goal
In the night my mom came into my bedroom to confirm whether I am sleeping or not. When she found I am thinking about something and not yet sleeping then she came to me and sat next to me. I asked Mom what happed the previous night and why dad was so serious... then she said Dad in office complained about his corrupted superior in office and his highest ranking officer who is also involved in this racket transferred dad to a remote village...He is not worried about his transfer but he is worried about your studies and I assured mom I will take online coaching classes for my Civils preparation. Mom was very happy and kissed on my forehead and asked me to sleep without thinking about anything.
My Father has to report in his new office in the Village. So, he went to the village and joined in the duty whereas mom and myself are still in Hyderabad. In weekdays time we are also going to the village. My mom so excited about going to the village as her school and college days were there in that village.
Finally day has come for us to say goodbye to Hyderabad and to move to Village.I never been to a village and after seeing the lush green paddy fields and fresh air I felt yes this is the best place for me focus on my civils preparation with zero distraction.
I actually wanted to make a word so as to thank you for all the wonderful ideas you are posting at this website.
