Chandini's transformation into Chandini was not easy. He had to learn how to dress and behave like a woman. He practiced walking in heels, wearing makeup and even changed his voice to sound more feminine. It was an exhausting process but he knew it was necessary for him to blend in with the female characters he would be playing.

He studies pictures of actresses, trying to mimic their features with the strokes of his brush. He adds long, fluttery false lashes to his already thick eyelashes, then lines his eyes with jet black liner to make them pop. He completes the look by gluing on a curly wig, styled with a middle part, and slipping into a form-fitting dress that hugs his curves in all the right places.

Laxmi introduced Chandini to her network of contacts in the industry. She took him for auditions and helped him secure small roles in TV shows and commercials. Though they were minor roles, Chandini gave his best performance each time and slowly started gaining recognition among directors and producers.

Chandini's hard work paid off when one day he received a call from a well-known director who wanted him for a supporting role in his upcoming movie. It was like a dream come true for Chandini. He couldn't believe that he finally got an opportunity to showcase his talent on the big screen.
